Rico Caduff

Rico came to Singapore in 1981 as a young Swiss private banker. He has over 26 years of private banking experience in Asia and has worked in leading positions for some of the main private banks in the industry.

From 1998 to 2007 he was the Regional Head of Asia Pacific for Deutsche Bank’s Private Wealth Management business.

At the same time he was a member of the Global Executive Committee of Private Wealth Management.

He retired from corporate life in 2007 to set up ERC Consultants.

James Chen

James joined ERC Consultants in September 2009. Based in Singapore, he works with Rico and cover private banks in Southeast Asia.

Prior to this, James worked with investment banks, private equity and hedge funds on hiring front office personnel in Singapore and Hong Kong.
